Everybody is Your Marketer
Have you ever imagine to have unlimited marketer everywhere? There are 2 types of marketer I’d like to define, inbound and outbound marketer.
All the company’s employees are inbound marketers. The company should increase their sense of belonging, motivate them and build product quality seriously, so they love it and proud to talk about it.
Outbound marketers are all other people outside the company who likes the company or its products or services and love to share information and recommend it. These marketers will be growing if they are satisfied of the product quality and proud to use it. See Apple and Nike, two of many big brands around the world. Word of mouths buzzing them like Dolby Surround. All these mouths are their marketers. It’s unlimited.
